• The supplier's listing names the Garmin Forerunner 265; however, I cannot confirm that the unit, packaging, and warranty are genuine. Request proof of authenticity, the serial number, and manufacturer's warranty before purchasing.
• The official specifications for the Forerunner 265 model indicate GPS, 5 ATM water resistance, up to 13 days in smartwatch mode, and up to 20 hours in GPS-only mode. Actual performance varies depending on settings and usage; do not assume these apply to the unit being sold until its authenticity has been verified.
• Compatibility and connectivity/app features are not described consistently in the seller's listing; check the supported phone, app, and connection before ordering.
• The variants list colors and shipping information ("France", "Today", "24H SHIP") that do not describe technical features; confirm the color, origin, and delivery times for the selected model.

If the seller cannot provide documentation for the model and its authenticity, the Garmin specifications are not guaranteed. Activity measurements or physiological data are not a substitute for a medical device.
